Use an appropriate wrench to connect the regulating valve to the adapter. 2. Hold the cylinder firmly with one hand, and fasten the adapter/regulator to the cylinder with a wrench. 3. Attach the Co2  Regulator to the adaptor 4. Screw  the tap on the adaptor down onto the soda stream bottle . this will depress the valve on the cylinder and open the gas flow. 5 to change the soda stream bottle simply turn the tap off on the soda stream adaptor . 5.Release any left over pressure by turning on the regulator remove the whole assembly . 7.the reattach to full bottle and turn on       Kit includes 1 x Valve 1 x Gasket 2 x Sealing Ring
