Baby Shower Celebration Mosaic Workshop Create a beautiful handmade gift for the new baby while enjoying time together with friends and family. During this 3-hour private workshop, each guest will create: • A mosaic bunting flag (2 flag sizes available, either approx 12cm or 15cm) these contribute to a collaborative nursery bunting for the baby • Once the bunting flags are made the guests will have the chance their own mosaic keepsakes to take home. Guests will learn how to: Design a simple mosaic pattern Cut pieces of crockery and glass tiles, using mosaic tools Fix mosaic materials in place using suitable adhesives Grout their mosaics, a demonstration will be given during the workshop and instructions and grout given for participants to complete grouting at home. Pre-cut materials are also available for anyone who prefers not to cut tiles. After the workshop the bunting can be grouted and assembled by the studio and posted to you for an additional fee, ready to hang in the nursery as a special handmade keepsake.
