Recycled China Heart Workshop at Moon Hare Studio -Available for private booking

Please contact me if you wish to book for a private group booking. Minimum of 3 maximum 10 people Come join Adela at her studio in Devon for a fun and creative mosaic workshop from 10am-4pm! During this class, you’ll learn how to transform a 20cm wooden heart into a beautiful mosaic piece using recycled china or glass tiles, once you have completed this you are welcome to make up to 3 smaller hearts! Adela will guide you through every step of the process, from planning and designing your mosaic to cutting and placing the china or tiles. Not only will you leave with a unique and one-of-a-kind piece of art, but you’ll also have the satisfaction of knowing that you’ve given new life to recycled materials. And to help keep your energy levels up, tea and coffee will be provided to keep you going throughout the workshop. This mosaic workshop is suitable for all skill levels, so whether you’re a beginner or an experienced mosaic artist, you’ll find something to enjoy. The workshop will take place at Moon Hare Studio, Unit 4, ND House, Tamar Way, Holsworthy Industrial Estate, Holsworthy EX22 6HL. Please wear warm clothing and closed toe shoes. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided but please bring snacks or a light lunch if you wish. You may not be able to grout your heart on the day due to the adhesive needing to dry. However you will be given a grouting demonstration and grout to take home. Face shields/eye protection will be supplied and to be worn by students.
